Early Childhood Music

Weekly Music Classes for ages 0-7

Give your kiddo a head start! Ages 0-9 are critical in developing a child’s musical aptitude (the ease with which they learn and their ability to understand and process music). After 9 years, they can certainly learn to play an instrument or sing, however their aptitude cannot be increased. This is simply part of early childhood brain development. Early music education gives your student the opportunity to develop musical thought (audiation). During this class we sing tonal patterns (the first words of music), chant and move to rhythm patterns, learn folk songs, and much more! This is a carer and me class- One adult (over 16) participant per two children is required to attend.

This program is recommended for all children who are not yet in school, and is held during school hours. It is a general music class and benefits all children no matter what instrument they choose to pursue later on. No instrument at home is needed. This class is not capped and will only run if minimum number of participants is reached.
